L26 Development completed construction of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 infrastructure last week, certifying same to the County. Upon the County’s verification, then our plat will be recorded and lot sales closings will commence thereafter.
At this time our construction activities are focused on finishing up the RV pad paving and connecting power to the pedestals; landscaping the lots; completing the pool and pool deck; completing the other amenities including bocce, pickleball, the dog park, and trailer parking; and completing the main clubhouse. Work is proceeding simultaneously on all of these items, with various amenities finishing independently over the course of the next several months.
Landscaping probably makes the biggest visual impact in finishing the lots, and this work will continue lot by lot until all 137 lots are completed.
