While all of the community civil infrastructure construction was completed this past spring, the community amenities and the finishing of lots ready for occupancy continues on through this year. Most recently, the following were completed:
- Pool deck paving
- Pool interior finish and fill
- Clubhouse roofing and glazing, “dry in”
In addition, the following work items continue
- Installation of lot electrical meters
- Paving of lot RV pads
- Installation of lot irrigation and landscaping
- Anticipating imminent final Lee County recording of Phase 2 plat, enabling the sale of Phase 2 lots
Our first lot sales closings took place in late July, and more lots will close in August.
