Our swimming pool and spa construction began this week, with the pool bathhouse construction also getting underway. Over the course of the next 3 months we’ll complete construction of the tiki bar, pool and spa, pool deck with lighting and landscaping, bocce courts, golf putting green, pickleball courts, and dog park. To be followed by completion of the pool bathhouse. The main clubhouse construction is also set to begin soon. Opening of Phase 1 will be based upon when FPL finally delivers power to our community, anticipated in June.
